Both UCL and Newcastle are now recruiting boys to learn more about learning and behavioural challenges in Duchenne and Becker MD.

UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health and Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting boys between the ages of 5 – 17 years with DMD and BMD to take part in a study looking into the involvement of the brain in dystrophinopathies. The Newcastle site will also be recruiting adults with BMD aged 18 – 50 years.

The study will involve completing a set of online questionnaires that will approximately take 70 minutes and can be completed in multiple sittings.
